We’re now into April and the project is chugging along.  I’ll queue up a batch of new posts for you find people tonight to give you an idea of what we’ve been up to lately.  We got an extension on our deadline with the CDC until the end of June.  Em hurt he back at work a few weeks ago and it’s thrown a hitch into our plans.  We lost a set of hands and there’s been doctor’s visits and physical therapy that’s pulled me away from the work.  I know these kinds of projects are supposed to be full of unforeseen pitfalls, but I don’t think this is one of them.  She didn’t even hurt herself at the house.  We formulated a plan to move forward.  In addition to the extension, Em has been focusing on a lot of the desk work associated with the project.  We’ve also reached out to friends to pull in more hands to help with the project.  I’ve also been working a lot of really long days lately to make up for the extra time I’m away.  All in all, it’s pretty stressful.  I’ll be glad when we reach move in day.  The conundrum this all presents is what we’re going to do about our lease ending at the end of May.
